Guía

Guías y playbooks

Guía práctica de implementación para equipos empresariales, operadores y seguridad pública.

Start here

Understand E911, dispatchable location, callback numbers, 911 answering-center routing, and the difference between ordinary dial tone and emergency-call readiness.

Build the data layer

Design location records, naming conventions, network mappings, remote-user workflows, and evidence that survives audits and staff turnover.

Test before change windows

Use representative test scenarios before pilots, branch migrations, SIP voice-trunk cutovers, session border controller changes, and office moves.

Choose providers carefully

Evaluate address validation, emergency route handling, support escalation, reporting, outage communication, and test coordination.
